On 16th-18th June, we visited Stuttgart to take part in the 3-day Automotive Testing Expo Europe 2015 event
It was our first time attending Messe Stuttgart and we were truly impressed at the size of the show and how well it was organised and executed.
We spoke to many companies across the automotive industry who were interested in improving their structural dynamics testing and modal analysis. People were amazed at our ability to give more detailed results in less time than their current methods.
We were kept busy across all the 3 days with a constant stream of visitors to the stand. We also had a good opportunity to learn from the many interesting presentations given at the open forum next to us. There were many opportunities to meet and network with the surrounding exhibitors and to share a drink or two during the evening event on Wednesday.

The visitors and attractions
The visitors to the show were of a really high calibre and definitely prepared to give each exhibitor a reasonable attention. The stands varied greatly in size and shape, with some really impressive feats, including a car and a robot self-contained within a euro-container, a recreation of cold climate testing in Finland and countless bits of lightweight composite parts of sports cars.
As expected, we had a great time at the show; the organisation was great, and the location was ideal.
We will be back!
After such an incredible turnout, we decided that it was definitely worth going again, so we have already booked to go back next year!
